The premise

Players explore the inner workings of the bladder, learning about fluid regulation, muscle control, and urinary health. The core gameplay revolves around stretching bladder walls safely, matching intake to output, and mastering coordination skills for healthy elimination.

Core gameplay

Four ways to play and learn

Each mode targets a different cognitive skill — sequencing, hypothesis testing, timing, and prediction.

01

Fluid Balance

Players drink virtual fluids and must monitor bladder filling, seeing the stretch of the bladder walls in animated form.

02

Stretch Zone Challenge

Time-management mini-games prompt players to hold urine to safe limits, using visual mechanics to show muscle and wall stretching, then find the correct moment to release safely.

03

Coordination Tasks

Simulate pelvic-floor exercises and sphincter control to prevent leaks or overfilling, earning bonus points for precise timing and muscle activation.

04

Obstacle Courses

Navigate through Bladder Bay, dodging obstacles representing common issues — dehydration, infection, caffeine overload — and gathering helpful items like water drops and cranberry boosts.

Built to teach

Learning designed in, not bolted on

Educational integration

  • Facts pop up about bladder capacity, muscle groups, hydration, and tips for good urinary health after each round.
  • Interactive diagrams reveal the anatomy of the bladder, urethra, and pelvic muscles as players progress.
  • Quiz checkpoints test knowledge of bladder function, daily hydration needs, and healthy habits.

Multiplayer & co-op

  • Compete to maintain the best bladder health score by balancing intake, muscle exercises, and safe release.
  • Team up for a hydration relay, passing fluids and timing stretches to achieve collective health goals.
Visual & audio style

How it looks and sounds

Bright, bubbly graphics featuring stretching animations, playful characters — Captain Flow, Stretchy Wall, and Drip — and goofy sound effects mimicking splashes and muscle contractions.
